Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you complete authority over your email boxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a new email box account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can forward mails from one mailbox to another, activate email filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming messages according to certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox account you would like to forward email messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
